Key responsibilities:

  • High Standards of Work: Produce great outcomes in line with the Collective’s marketing strategy
  • Deliver campaigns in line with the Collective’s marketing strategy
  • Reporting and tracking of campaign success in line with objectives 
  • Support the Collective’s events calendar
  • Support and contribute to the Collective’s thought leadership programme 
  • Project managing / supporting with the overseeing of projects with other departments 
  • Idea generation and support with the core social media accounts
  • Create written content (blogs, reports, email templates, landing pages) 
  • Oversee our monthly newsletter and other email marketing activity (using Mailchimp) 
  • Manage our data platforms (CRM and outreach) 
  • Oversee our outreach campaigns (writing emails, creating lists and campaigns for lead generation purposes)
  • Conduct market research to identify industry challenges, new ideas, upcoming events etc. 
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance of the website(s), ensuring content is up-to-date, bug fixing, and SEO maintenance, working alongside our field experts.
  • Be a brand advocate, ensuring all documents are branded and being a brand keeper. 
  • Generate ideas for agency growth including campaign ideas and execution, lead generation and events.

  • Successful Collaboration: Collaborating with the team and contributing to key work
    • Support the Marketing Director in the execution of the Collective’s marketing strategy and activity plan
    • Provide support to the Marketing Coordinator on events, content creation and general support in their own development 
    • Support the successful organisation of the Collective’s flagship event: Aspiration Digital 
    • Work closely with the team to generate content for social channels and the website
    • Contribute to the team using your prior knowledge, fresh thoughts and enthusiasm
    • Collaborate with the wider team when appropriate for campaign delivery: reports, events, etc. 
    • Build relationships with other departments across the collective to be an advocate for marketing
  • Continuous Professional Development: Taking ownership of your own development with the support of your team
    • Proactively seek out training and continuing professional development to ensure continued learning
    • Seek out feedback from colleagues and take on board feedback to ensure your continuing professional development
    • Be self-reflective to identify your own areas for development and, with support, identify methods to address these areas

  1. Salary £30-38K DOE
